These terms apply to every booking made with Prestige Auto Detailers ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a service through our website or by phone, you agree to the terms below.
Pricing
Our prices are all-inclusive — there are no additional taxes or hidden fees. The price shown at booking is the price you pay.
Deposit & Payment
A $25 deposit is required to secure every appointment, payable by card (through Square) or e-transfer. The remaining balance is due on the day of service, once you're fully satisfied with the work — we accept cash or e-transfer for the balance.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling: You're welcome to reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided you give us reasonable notice.
No-Shows: If our team arrives and is unable to reach you or access your vehicle, we'll do our best to contact you first. If you remain unreachable, the deposit is forfeited.
Weather & Access
Prestige Auto Detailers is a mobile service, so we rely on reasonable weather conditions and access to your driveway. If weather or access issues prevent us from safely completing your detail, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Vehicle Condition
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. While we take great care with every vehicle, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or aftermarket parts, or personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Photos & Portfolio
We may photograph or film vehicles before and after service for our own marketing and portfolio purposes (e.g. our website or Instagram). If you'd prefer your vehicle not be featured, just let us know and we'll respect that.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything about your service falls short, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
