When you book a detail with us, we collect:

- Your service address (where the detail will take place)
- Your vehicle's make, model, and year
- Any notes you add about your booking
We do not collect or store your full payment card details ourselves — card payments are processed securely by Square, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule and deliver the detailing service you've requested
- Process your deposit and communicate about payment
- Send you booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- Contact you about your appointment if needed (e.g. arrival time, access issues)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services We Use
To run our booking system, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers, each of whom processes data on our behalf:
- Square — processes deposit payments securely
- Google Firebase — securely stores booking information
- Google Calendar — manages our appointment scheduling
Data Retention
We retain booking information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll accommodate where possible.
